Thanksgiving Blog Hop

 

 I hope you have been enjoying the blog hop so far - I love all the cute projects so far - don't forget to hop over the other Team Stamp It blogs and sprinkle some love for a chance to win a great prize! Today I have an adorable card using the Nuts About Squirrels stamp set and coloring of DSP. I love how versatile the black & white papers are - they are totally transformed with the Stampin' Blends or Stampin' Write markers.

My card for today:

Layer Basic Black 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", (scored at 4 1/2") with Soft Succulent at 5 3/8" x 4 1/4". Use the same size layer on the inside of the card. On top of that layer Basic White at 4" x 5 1/4"

Using the sheet with leaves from the Pattern Party DSP, cut a strip that is 1 1/2" x 5". Use a combination of Cherry Cobbler, Mango Melody, Soft Succulent, Pumpkin Pie and Rich Razzleberry to color the leaves

Add you sentiment on Basic White and stamp and fussy cut 2 squirrels. Color the acorn with Crumb Cake, plus add your embellishments of Holiday Rhinestones and Basic Black twine. Don't forget to add your sentiment inside your card!
