·       Stamp dog image on scrap Basic White with Memento Black. Color with the Cinnamon Cider Blends. Fussy cut with snips

·       Stamp dog prints all the way around the card base edge with Memento Black

·       Stamp balloons on the Basic White Rectangle. NOTE: Use the dog you cut out as a reference on where to stamp the balloons. Extend balloon strings with the Black Stampin Write marker.

·       Color balloons with the Daffodil, Magenta and Pumpkin Pie blends. Use the color lifter to add the balloon reflection highlights. Add Wink Of Stella

·       With cut out dog as a reference (not attached yet), Stamp greeting in black and add grass with Just Jade blends.
