Have you started celebrating with new goodies from Sale A Bration and Occasions catalog? I finally got a chance to play last night. Its a simple but fun card using the amazing Stitched Rectangle Dies and the paper from the Happiness Blooms DSP. These papers are so beautiful - it reminds me of the Marimekko fabrics and patterns that were the hallmark of Crate and Barrel when they first opened in Chicago. I was always inspired by the bold geometric designs and bright colors!
For the card you take Calypso Coral at 8.5 x 5.5", scored at 4.25"
Cut the Calypso Coral DSP to 4" x 5.25" adhere with your favorite adhesive
Cut Vellum at 2.75" x 4" (3rd largest rectangle) with Big Shot and magnetic plate
Stamp vellum with Memento - sentiment from Hello Cupcake
Stamp cupcake on Daffodil Delight with Daffodil Delight ink and Crumb Cake ink. Stamp Cupcake topper on Coastal Cabana with Coastal Cabana ink. Finally stamp the adorable heart on Whisper White with Lovely Lipstick - fussy cut all 3 elements with paper snips.
Wrap the Daffodil Delight organdy ribbon from the Organdy Ribbon pack ( a Sale A Bration item with any $50 order) around the DSP, mount the vellum over the ribbon and DSP (place adhesive behind the cupcake area) and mount the cupcake elements with Stampin Dimensionals. Cute and would certainly brighten someone's day!

Estoy usando los Stitched Rectangle Dies y el papel de Happiness Blooms DSP. Se corta el Calypso Coral DSP a 4" x 5.25" y se adhera. Se corta el vellum a
2,75" x 4" (el tercer mas grande) con el Big Shot y el Magnetic Plate. Se estampa el vellum con Memento el sentimiento de Hello Cupcake. Se estampa el cupcake en Daffodil Delight con la misma tinta y tambien con Crumb Cake. El topper se estampa en Coastal Cabana con la misma tinta. Finalmente se estampa el corazon en Whisper White con Lovely Lipstick - se corta con tijeras las tres piezas.
Se envuelva la cinta de organdy de Daffodil Delight del paquete de Organdy Ribbon (que se puede recibir gratis con un orden de $50). Se monta el vellum sobre la cinta (se pone el adhesivo debajo del cupcake) y la piezas de cupcakes con stampin dimensionals. Seguro que le haria el dia mas feliz!
